Richmond Park
Richmond Park is perfect for trikes with its smooth, spacious paths and stunning natural scenery. Kids will love spotting deer and exploring the wide-open spaces, while parents can relax knowing it's safe and traffic-free. It's an ideal spot for family fun and outdoor adventure in London.
Dalby Forest, North Yorkshire
The popular Ellerburn Trail is ideal for younger children, offering a choice between a 2.8km route and a slightly longer 4.5km route. Following forest tracks, the trail is mostly flat with a gentle incline near the end. If your little one is in the Traveler, they can start to practise their steering from 18 months+.
The Downs Link, Surrey and West Sussex
This is a 60km route all the way from Guildford in Surrey to Shoreham-by-sea in West Sussex. Don’t worry, you have the option to tackle smaller sections of the trail! It’s a popular choice for its traffic-free, mostly flat paths, with some steeper sections along the way.
Rea Valley Route, Birmingham
This 9.2km route follows alongside canals and quiet streets, that link Birmingham City centre with Cannon Hill Park. You can even take a detour to Bournville, the home of Cadbury’s World!
Canary Wharf and Victoria Park, London
Enjoy a leisurely cycle along the Regent's Canal from the bustling Canary Wharf to the green oasis of Victoria Park. Pass through the vibrant Mile End Park along the way. It's pretty much flat all the way, which is a huge bonus!
The smarTrike team hopes you enjoy your next outdoor adventure!
