To help ensure your smarTrike order arrives in time for Christmas, please see our holiday delivery schedule.
- Guaranteed Delivery Before Christmas
Orders placed before 12pm (midday) on 22nd December will be dispatched in time for delivery before Christmas. - Orders placed after 12pm on 22nd December are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
Holiday Period Processing
- From 23rd December to 1st January, our warehouse will be operating with limited staff.
- Orders placed during this period may take longer than usual to process and dispatch.
Next-Day Delivery
- Next-Day Delivery will be unavailable from 23rd December to 1st January.
- Orders placed during this period will be dispatched on the next available working day once normal operations resume.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
Extended Areas: Unfortunately, we do not deliver to countries outside the areas listed above.
UK Shipping & Delivery
- Orders Over £50: Free NEXT DAY Delivery for orders placed Monday to Friday before 1 pm (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually be processed the next business day.
- Orders Under £50: Shipped NEXT DAY via Royal Mail. Delivery cost: £4.95.
- Dispatch Times: Orders placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are normally shipped the next business day.
- Delivery Note: Once your order is dispatched, delivery is handled by the carrier and may be subject to delays (see note on delayed deliveries below).
General Shipping Information
- Delivery Times: Provided as a guide only. Actual times may vary due to payment authorization, address verification, processing, location, or carrier delays. Orders are dispatched only after payment and address checks.
- Shipping Address: Please provide an accurate address. We cannot ship to PO boxes as a signature is required.
- Out of Stock Items: Pre-orders are not available for out-of-stock items.
- Delivery Delays: Royal Mail items may take up to 15 working days before being considered lost. Replacements or refunds will not be issued before this period.
- Multiple Shipments: Only one delivery address per order. Separate orders are needed for different addresses.
- Damaged or Faulty Items: Report within 7 days of receipt. Photos may be requested before a replacement or refund is issued.
