Returns & warranty


We take quality seriously when it comes to both our products and our customer service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return window. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and you will need to arrange for a return at your own expense. We do not arrange collections and recommend using a tracked service for any returned goods.

To initiate a return request, please email us to or reach out to us via contact us form, and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

The 30 days return period will begin on the day your smarTrike product is delivered.

How to start a return

  1. Return and refund requests will only be processed for items purchased on 

2.      Items must be in brand new condition as received; in the original packaging, including the packing slip, and all included accessories.

3.      Contact us via email or contact us form with your full name, order number, proof of purchase and the name of the product you would like to return and we will provide you with all instructions. 

4.      You will need to rerun the item(s) at your own expense by using a courier of your choice, with the responsibility of the item arriving safely to us. 

Once the item is back with us

The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used at the time of your purchase.

Please allow 7 business days for our team to process your returned package(s) upon arrival.

If/when your return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 10 working days to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider it may take an additional 3-5 working days to appear in your account balance. 

If the refund has not been received after this time, please contact your bank or credit card company. If your bank cannot provide information on the refund, please contact us for further assistance.

For items NOT purchased on, please contact the support team of the retailer/store you made the purchase from.


Warranty information – 2 Year Guaranteed Limited Warranty

smarTrike provides innovative, high-quality products for toddlers and children and warrant for all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period (from the date of initial purchase) of 2 years (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase). 

If such a defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace your product at no cost to you.

Defective Products

We want you to be pleased with your smarTrike purchase.

If you receive a product that is not functioning properly, please contact our dedicated Customer Service team via: and provide us with the following details: 

  • Order number and the product name in question
  • Purchase receipt showing date of purchase and where it was purchased
  • Photo or video of the faulty part 
  • Full name, contact number and delivery address

Replacement Parts

Some replacement parts may be available for purchase after the limited warranty expires. Please contact us or send an email to for details.


The limited warranty is as provided in the product’s booklet, and does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident, and normal wear and tear. 

The customer's exclusive remedy for breach of the limited warranty or of any implied warranty or of any other obligation arising by operation of law or otherwise shall be limited as specified herein or in the booklet, is to repair or replacement, at our sole discretion. In any event, responsibility for special, incidental and consequential damages is expressly excluded.
