Shipping
Yes. We offer free next working day delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged at £4.95 for next day delivery.
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Currently, we ship within the UK only. For international orders, please check your local smarTrike website.
Warranty & Returns
Yes. All smarTrike products come with a 2-year warranty for added peace of mind. Fore more information head to our Returns & Warranty page
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
Simply contact us at help.uk@smartrike.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service.
If your item arrives faulty, please contact us at help.uk@smartrike.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Returns are processed within 7 working days of arrival. Refunds are then issued within 10 working days, with an additional 3–5 days for your bank to process the payment.
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order.
