Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make it right.

Return period: 30 days from delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Return shipping is at your own expense (we recommend a tracked service).

How to return:

  1. Email help.uk@smartrike.com or use our Contact Us form with your name, order number, proof of purchase, and product name.
  2. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and checked.

Processing times:

  • Returns take up to 7 business days to process after arrival.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days, plus 3–5 days for your bank to reflect it.

Items purchased elsewhere should be returned to the retailer directly.

Warranty

2-Year Limited Warranty – covers defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase.

If your product is defective:

  • Email help.uk@smartrike.com with: order number, product name, purchase receipt, photo/video of the fault, and your contact info.
  • We may repair or replace the product at our discretion.

What’s not covered:

  • Misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow instructions.

Replacement parts: Available for purchase after the warranty expires – contact us for details.
