Very impressed with the trike so far - though we've probably only done a few miles - more than 5, less than 10 - so far.
The handle is just tall enough for me, at 6'2" to push comfortably, although a fraction more height wouldn't hurt. There is plenty of space for a decent stride though, unlike some pushchairs.
Our little boy loves it, he's not yet steering, and too small to reach the pedals, but so far so good. He's quite happy to cruise up to it and want to climb on, or push it around the house like a walker.
It's nice and stable to push, even at a brisk walk/slow jog.
Slightly fiddly to fold up - but it's a neat little package when folded. There's a little play in the locking mechanism, but again no worse than some pushchairs.

Product arrived promptly and in a very secure box.
I would say the printed instructions aren't very clear, but you can get around this by looking at their YouTube videos.
We did initially have an issue with the brake becoming stuck, but we contacted the customer support we were very responsive, and I was able to fix the issue with their instruction (thank you Aya).
The trike itself does feel too light at first, almost concerned it was flimsy, but with weight of my child it is fine. She is comfortable and the harness and saftey bar feel very secure. It is really easy to steer and it is lovely to take her out and about in.
Although yes, there were teething issues, I am pleased with the purchase and my daughter is delighted every time she gets to use it!
I haven't actually folded it down yet, so I can't comment on that
