Do baby stroller trike wheels have enough grip for rainy days?

I know that they are perfect for summer, but I know that rain can often make floors way more slippery. I'm worried that this can be a hazard during winter rides with my little one. Do the wheels on stroller trikes have enough grip to ensure my child's safety?
