Can stroller trikes be used on uneven terrain?

We are both avid trail runners and love taking our baby outdoors with us. Sometimes when we run one of us will run while the other tends to our baby girl in a traditional stroller. We are thinking of getting a stroller trike so that our little girl can participate in some way. Can these trikes be used on uneven terrain such as forest running trails?

Stroller trikes are designed to be used on different types of surfaces and allows families to be as active as possible. With the foot and leg rests available on trikes, it can be used on running trails and dirt trails. You can also look into jogging strollers, but stroller trikes grow with your little one becoming a trike for more adventures.
