I noticed my babies sleep patterns change when the seasons change - and she naps more when it is hot but is very active when the weather is cool or cold. Do babies generally sleep more in summer?

Please right anThe longer daytime hours on sunny days have an impact on the onset of melatonin. The length of the days has increased, as has the amount of sunlight. During the summer, people tend to sleep more. Furthermore, when you are out in the sun, your body works hard to keep you cool and regulate your internal temperature. Excessive exertion can also leave you sluggish and drowsy. answer.
