Can putting a blanket over a stroller protect my baby from getting too hot?
Asked a year ago
I do not have a sun cover for my stroller and I had to put a blanket over my stroller in the mean time. I'm not sure if it made a difference aside from blocking direct rays. Do blankets help?

While using a blanket to cover a stroller may give some shade for your baby, keep in mind that it can also trap heat and limit air circulation, making the stroller warmer and potentially uncomfortable for your child. To ensure appropriate ventilation and protection from the sun's rays, use a stroller with a built-in sunshade or purchase a separate stroller sun cover.
