Are there any safety concerns when using a stroller trike in busy areas, such as sidewalks or parks?

We live in London and as you can imagine - it is super busy during the day when we go on our walks. I am feeling slightly anxious using the stroller trike in these settings. Does anyone have advice? Is it still safe enough?
