Can a baby stroller trike be used indoors?

We will be heading to a resort over the summer and the it is aboslutely huge. I think a lot of the activities will be indoors especially at night and when it is too hot. Can we use the trike indoors as well? We don't want it to damage the resort floors or for the trike to be damaged in any way.

To ensure a hassle-free ride, consider riding your tricycle on carpeted floors or spreading a protective mat underneath. This allows you to explore the entire resort while keeping the floor and stroller in top condition. But just in case, contact the resort to determine if strollers are allowed.
