Can a baby trike help my baby catch themselves when they fall?

I have a ten-month-old baby, and she is learning to sit on her own without support. She often falls down on her side, but she's getting the hang of catching herself. A friend mentioned that a trike with a stroller feature could help train her to catch herself if she falls. Is this accurate?
