Is a smart stroller a good way for my baby to learn controlled reaches?

Asked 2 years ago

My daughter recently began to feel at ease sitting up. She's been reaching for her soft toy lately, but only for a few seconds. I want to encourage her movements, but I need to figure out how. My friend suggested we take her outside in a baby trike to stimulate her desire to reach for and grasp things. Is this ideal for us?

If your kid is able to sit alone, a tricycle offers several opportunities for reaching out, such as handlebars, sidebars, and reaching for items in the immediate vicinity. This can be improved by mounting their favourite toys on a bike. By placing the baby's safety at the center, the trike also assists in establishing strong trunk control, which is crucial for controlled reach.
