Since swimming is a continuous motor skill - is it right to assume that riding a trike is as well? I'm trying to let my twins do activities that will encourage their development since we have an active lifestyle and would love to go on many adventures with them.

Riding a trike can be considered a continuous motor skill as it involves a sequence of movements that are repeated over and over again, such as pedalling, steering, and maintaining balance. It requires a combination of gross motor skills, such as leg strength and coordination, and fine motor skills, such as hand-eye coordination for steering.
