Should I get a baby trike to stimulate my child to be physically active?
Asked a year ago
My toddler enjoys running around the house. She is lively, with occasional bursts of energy. She has recently been strangely lazy and uninterested in playing with her toys indoors. My mother suggested we get her outside more, and I'm thinking about getting her a trike. Will it make her more active again?

Smart trikes are a great method to improve overall physical performance when outside. Learning to pedal and move a bike forward requires both strength and endurance in the legs. Moreover, it improves core stability, a crucial component of balance. Steering a bike improves hand muscle power and endurance, plus bilateral hand coordination. If the youngster has friends who own trikes, this will motivate them to use them frequently and engage in enjoyable physical activity.
