What are some age-appropriate gross motor activities for my 9-month-old?

Hello. We are currently teaching him how to wave goodbye. He has already started moving around all by himself (with our support and supervision). But we wanted to know of other activities we can incorporate into his day to support his development. Any ideas?

You can place objects they are fond of a little out of their reach, encourage them to move towards the object. Movement may vary between rolling, scooting, and crawling to get the object. You can also place the objects on a chair or sofa (within reachable distance) to encourage standing. Remember to praise and celebrate their attempt and the successful outcome.
