What are some fun ways to incorporate leg exercises into playtime for my baby?
Asked a year ago
For now we are doing the same routines and its getting quite boring as we are lacking in variety. For now we've only played bicycle and squatting exercises. What other leg exercises can we incorporate into our daily routines?

There are various enjoyable leg exercises you may integrate into your baby's playing. Playing "follow the leader" with actions such as marching, dancing, or jumping, playing with a ball and encouraging kicking or rolling it back and forth, setting up an obstacle course with crawling tunnels or stepping stones, and playing "musical statues" where your baby freezes in different leg positions such as standing on one leg are some examples.
